Advantages:

Комплект постельного белья на кровати был нормального качества

Disadvantages:

В квартире очень очень грязно, прежние жильцы конечно свиньи большими буквами, на полу состриженные ногти, волосы и грязь - везде, но сдавать квартиру в таком состоянии - тоже свинство. Мебель старая, все шатается скрипит и разваливается. Помыться крайне сложно: лейка в три тонких струи, температура воды меняется сама по себе, от ледяной до кипятка, на регулировку не реагирует, приходится просто ждать, ловить момент между, и так в несколько этапов. На кухне нормально регулируется, умывались там. Условие: минимальное количество ночей - 2, это замануха, на вторую ночь не остался бы
